Description
Traditional medicinal herb of the Mapuche culture. Used mainly in digestive disorders. Consume as an infusion.
Properties:
- Anti-inflammatory
- Antiallergic
- Sedative
- Diuretic
Preparation and precautions:
- 1 teaspoon in 200 ml. of boiled water.
- Do not consume more than 3 cups a day
- Do not consume by children and pregnant women.
